These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 4b99 platform and all of its services. 4b99 is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between 4b99 ("we", "the platform") and the user ("you", "member").

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount at 4b99 is ৳100. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

New members may receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000 — and ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

5.2 Weekly and Other Bonuses

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• A bonus may only be claimed once, unless the offer states otherwise.
• Bonus balance may not be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been met.
• Winnings from bets placed with bonus funds will remain in the bonus balance until wagering is complete.
• Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts will result in cancellation of all bonuses and may lead to permanent account closure.
• 4b99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.

6.1 Placing Bets

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless the platform takes special action due to a technical error on its part. The platform will not be held responsible if a bet or game is disrupted due to internet connection or device issues.

6.2 Game Results

Results of slots and other games are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG). Live casino game results are determined through a live dealer. Sports betting results are determined based on the official outcome of the relevant sporting event.

6.3 Technical Errors

If a game is left incomplete or an incorrect result is displayed due to software or server issues, 4b99 reserves the right to determine and apply the correct result. Any winnings paid out as a result of an obvious technical error may be voided.

6.4 VIP Program

The 4b99 VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback is offered at each tier — up to 0.4% at Bronze, up to 0.8% at Silver, and up to 1.2% at Gold on weekly net losses. To move up to a higher tier, members must remain regularly active and go through the platform's evaluation process.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 4b99 platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Opening or operating an account using another person's identity.
• Abusing the bonus system or attempting to collect bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Colluding with other users to influence the outcome of bets or games.
• Using the platform for money laundering or suspicious financial transactions.
• Using any form of hacking, scripting, or automated software to influence the game or betting system.
• Deliberately exploiting any bug or vulnerability in the platform's software or systems.
• Creating or operating an account for a minor.

Involvement in any of the prohibited activities above will result in permanent account closure and the associated balance may be forfeited. Legal action may also be taken if necessary.

8.1 Closure at Platform's Discretion

4b99 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time, without prior notice, particularly in cases of violation of these Terms. In cases of serious breach of the Terms, the balance held in the account may be forfeited.

8.2 Closure at User's Request

Any member may close their account on their own initiative. To do so, contact the support team. Before closing the account, any pending bets should be settled and any eligible balance withdrawn.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

• Disruption to services due to circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure), such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, or government restrictions.
• Any financial loss resulting from gaming or betting.

4b99's total liability under any circumstances will be limited to the amount of the member's actual deposits in the last 30 days.
